The Crystal Visions Breathwork Programs focus on isolating specific parts of the astrological birth chart in tandem with archetypal psychology and parts work to uncover hidden shadows and integrate them through the breath. Each session is 2 hours and includes 1 hour of integrative counseling and 1 hour of breath work.
